• Enable clients to run a best-in-class profitable business that optimally uses its assets, where employees make better decisions by having all relevant information
• Develop Automation/IT Master Plans to go from the current to desired states through a maturity model
• Provide functional design, IT architecture to integrate disparate applications and implement cross-functional role-based work processes.
• Manage implementation projects using a proven methodology to manage risk and ensure benefits
• Serve as expert witness in matters of process technology, process control and optimization, environmental management and regulatory enforcement

2. Carbon Management and Energy Efficiency

• Study impact of “green” technologies and regulations on client operations
• Manage carbon footprint - measure/estimate emissions; report compliance, credits if any
• Improve energy efficiency through better design and control

3. Process Automation, Control and Optimization

• Investigate avenues to improve economic profitabality, process optimization and asset utilization
• Perform Feasibility Studies and conceptualize solutions for process automation/control, Advanced Process Control, MES applications and plant IT solutions
• Troubleshoot operations/ control problems

4. Production Management, Process Design and Engineering

• Manage Performance - Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for roles, Units; performance dashboards; feasibility and cost of setting up a performance management program
• Assure assets availability and correct operating conditions
• Advise on getting accurate plant production and consumption data for ERP use
• Advise on resolving gap between planning dept, operators on operating schedules
• Provide process design/ simulation of process units, with PFDs, P&IDs, material balance; Simulate ‘what-if’ plant scenarios
• Provide estimates for plant detailed engineering work in instrumentation and control, IT systems
• Other similar process or production issues
