1. Design and implementation of MES applications, control and optimization:
We use our process domain knowledge and skill sets to implement:
- Process historians and real-time data management
- APC (advanced, model-predictive process control)
- Real-time and offline process optimization
- Planning & scheduling
- Material and energy balance / data reconciliation and yield accounting
- Blending and oil movements

- Role-based platform for personnel to interactively perform their responsibilities and tasks, and interact with each other. (We can specify a site organization with people and roles, assets arranged in an asset breakdown structure, and use process information from flowsheets, applications etc )
- Enhance process optimization, monitor plant status and provide inputs
- Link planning information with operations
- Manage Performance - specify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI); compare plan vs. actual; build performance dashboards
- Electronic operator task management
- Electronic reports ; electronic work permits for efficient maintenance
- Electronic shift change
- Electronic log books for control room
- Convert documents and drawings to electronic form for company-wide access
- Link manufacturing information with business systems (ERP etc.)
3. Process design and simulation including process flow diagrams and material balances, heat exchange networks design and synthesis, flare design and rating, steam systems design and rating, project costing and analysis, 'what-if' simulations for different operating modes
4. Business Intelligence (BI) requirements, analysis, design and implementation – to extract value from enterprise data
5. Design and implementation of plant IT solutions
- Develop site-wide automation/IT Master Plan: with goals, objectives, drivers, user requirements, as-is and to-be states, roadmap, and ROI.
- Design and deploy IT Architecture to enable implementation of business processes and provide timely information in the proper business context
- Integrate all plant applications and link with corporate business systems
- Employ industry specific standard data models where apt
- Work with customers on Change Management
- Custom software development (offshore)
